TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL E-COURSES/PROGRAMS AND MASTERCLASSES

The following constitutes the terms and conditions in which applicants who book any course, program or masterclass on bountifullyhealthy.com are bound to. By booking and paying for any course/masterclass on bountifullyhealthy.com (which will be referred to BH from here on out) you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. BOOKING
E-courses and programs can be booked via BH. On submission of the E-Course, program or masterclass form you will receive an automated summary email of your selection. BH will accept your offer by entering your booking onto the system and sending you an email confirming that you have been booked together with information on starting your learning.

2. PAYMENT
E-Course fees can be paid online through the secure payment gateway YOCO which accepts most international card payments. In all cases, payment must be received prior to start of your course. Please note that Bountifully Healthy does not accept any responsibility for online payments done through YOCO as it is an independent service provider. Should you have any queries with transactions resulting from their service, please contact them directly. No credit card details are stored on BH.

The course payment must be paid in full, regardless of whether you finish the course or nor or regardless of how quickly you finish the course. The payment plan must be completed and you cannot cancel the payment plan should one be involved.

3. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You may not allow anyone else to access the e-courses program or masterclass  via your log-in details. BH reserves the right to remove any delegate whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BH does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information in, or views expressed on, its
training courses including course materials.  Always consult your relevant health care provider before stopping or starting any health care program, supplementation or medication. This course is not meant to cure, treat or diagnose any condition such as Celiac Disease or Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity, food sensitivities or gut related issues. It it your responsibility to undergo the various tests outlined in the program (should there be any).Your health care remains your responsibility. Health coaching is an educational service that encourages the client to make informed choices. A health coach will support and guide you and offer suggestions or recommendations regarding diet, lifestyle and mindset. As with any health related program, your results will be determined by many variables such as as your level of commitment. In no way are any of my programs or coaching sessions a guarantee of a particular result.

5. WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
BH does not warrant that the provision of any content online will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely or error free, that defects will be corrected or that such content is secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors and omissions.

6. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All Training Material is owned by BH.  All intellectual property rights in all Training Material available, including the design, graphics and text, videos, PDF’s, Podcasts of all materials , printed and audio of all are owned by BH. When you are given access to the Training Material, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Training Material. No Training Material may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without BH’s prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of BH’s intellectual property rights.

To provide a continuous check on the consistency and quality of training delivery, all students will receive a follow-up email at the end of each class asking to submit feedback in the form of a satisfaction survey. This feedback will be reviewed in detail and will be used to make continuous improvements to class content and delivery.

7.REFUNDS
Due to the nature of online materials, Once you have booked an e-learning course or package the fee is nonrefundable. If you cancel any e-learning course or package you will not be entitled to any refund.

8.CANCELLING A PAID SUBSCRIPTION OR MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN

You cannot cancel a paid subscription or payment plan. A subscription or payment plan is  to help you pay for the course as a more affordable option, regardless of how quickly you work through the course. Cancelling the subscription or failing to pay for the course in full will result in further legal action being taken against you.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY
Any information you provide on this website including Name, email address, password, profile details will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.  However, BH does not take responsibility for any such breach of security resulting from website hacking which is not in BH control. Please keep your login details safe.

10. COURSE LENGTH AND DURATION OF ACCESSIBILITY. 

Please make sure you are aware according of the duration and length of time the course will remain accessible for viewing and downloading. This can be found on the course/program information page.

11. Website availability and Use

Please note that BH does not accept responsibility for the website being unavailable due to possible host server issues either from BH side or the users side. It is also not the responsibility of BH to follow up with any technical difficulties that result from the user not knowing how to operate the site such as the course material or login and register. Please make sure you know how to use the necessary tools.
